Every year, our sales team have a business trip to visit our customers, for making an in-depth after-sales, including the sales result in their market and feedback from the consumers. We will have a meeting with our customers to discussion how to improve the current product.
Of course, in the end, we will have a formal or informal dinner, sitting and chatting like a friend.
